In our workshop, we will place our primary focus on three key areas: analyzing your outlet's business process, evaluating your content, and strategizing its distribution.

Our team of experts will then tailor the educational program to fit the specific needs of your projects based on insights we gain from analyzing it. We know: what works for some projects may not work for others.

We have scheduled 3–5 sessions with the following objectives:

• Identifying the root causes that hinder the project's growth;

• Creating a comprehensive plan to address these issues;

• Prioritizing key tasks within resource constraints;

• Establishing efficient editorial and distribution processes;

• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth and providing support to achieve them;

• Equipping the project with tailored growth tools and strategies.

After each session, you will be given homework assignments that are designed to help you apply and integrate the new knowledge into your real-life situations.
